SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING
Small group settings offer a variety of choices. Sessions include TRX, KETTLEBELLS, SANDBAGS, BODY WEIGHT, CARDIO CORE AND TABATA WORKOUTS. Each class provides options to challenge beginner to advanced participants.

The cardio-conditioning element of kickboxing is one of the most effective ways to burn fat—especially that stubborn belly fat. An hour long session can burn upwards of 750-900 CALORIES!!
SPORT SPECIFIC TRAINING
KOI trainers are professionally skilled and understand the importance of developing programs that are designed to improve your sport. Offering basic fitness DOES not improve a sport. Our programs are created and implemented with the understanding of a demands on the body mechanics in relation to your sport. Programs are both specific and periodized to supplement the needs of each athlete.
KOI trainers are Certified in Athletic Therapy, Personal Training, 360 Pro Funcitonal Strength Training, TRX and Sport Specific Training. Personal training sessions can be offered in our studio or your home.
